I’m determined to become a better cook in 2011:

1. whole wheat bread

2. english roast beef dinner: a beautiful roast, mash, roasted veg, yorkshire pudding.

3. pulled pork
(Made once, sauce needs work.)

4. a three layer cake
(Attempted and failed.)

5. enchiladas

6. perfect pico de gallo

7. croissants

8. bakewell tarts

9. seven-layer cookies

10. vietnamese spring rolls

2011 Goals Revisited

1. ban fast food from my diet completely and cut down on pepsi consumption
FAIL I ate at KFC once (and it was.a big mistake). Also had airport Pizza Hut. I have cut down on the Pepsi but jot in any substantial way.

2. meatless mondays (unless it’s a bank holiday, in which case i’m allowed to eat as much meat as possible i want )
FAIL

3. play through an xBox first person shooter in its entirety
FAIL. I’m not even close to achieving this one. ;(

4. join stitch london
FAIL. I went to one meeting and never went back.

5. travel to at least six new countries
